I’m a queer personal trainer with 10+ years of experience, working mostly with women and the LGBTQ+ community. I care a lot about my clients—not just their fitness, but their lives, dreams, and feeling at home in their bodies.
I’m passionate about building training that actually supports your unique goals. I love teaching people how to lift and helping folks heal their relationship with the gym, their bodies, and the chaos of late-stage capitalism.
My goal is to create an authentic, caring environment that honors where you are while helping you build strength in ways that truly work.
