About Ginger
Ginger is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1 Instructor and IIN Certified Health Coach.
I am a dancer and adventurer and I love the gym! I have been offering Personal Training, small-group Strength Training and Life Coaching since 2020. Before that, I spent many years going along with the day-to-day, doing what I thought I should do in life…following society and the rules that were set up for us. Chasing the things I was told to chase. I didn’t know myself or what I wanted. I didn’t see that I could and deserved to have more.
I had reached a turning point and I finally started coming back to myself. Therapy, meditation and journaling were catalysts to get me on track. I quit the corporate job, I quit alcohol for a while. I began coaching in 2020 and pursuing my dream of helping others. I started dancing again and performing Burlesque….a lifelong dream that I never thought was possible. I started following my heart. And along the journey, I developed the strength to come out at the age of 35. I had finally given myself permission to be exactly who I am.
Ultimately, I found that what I wanted was to help others feel good, move well and gain the courage to live the life they want. Our bodies can help us do this! So I’m here to teach you how to build strength and how to use that strength to live the life you want!
